Baby Girl Turns 1!

   Scout is officially one year old! Saturday the 16th was her big day! We had a great party with friends and family at our house and Scout got lot cool presents! I say it all the time, but this year has flown by! It has been such a blessed year for our family. I have loved being a Mom and Scout makes every day a little brighter!
I am currently working on a "first year" video for her, but it will include a lot of her pictures from the last year as well as videos so it is taking me some time. For now I included a video that was taken right after she was born. Below that are birthday pictures :)

My Little Sunshine,

                         I love you so much Scout! You are so much fun and your smile melts my heart everyday. I love how excited you get about things...your toys...Knox...me or your daddy when we pick you up from school...the swimming pool...your little giggles are the sweetest sound!  You're going to be walking any day now...and you love to dance when music is on. You LOVE puppy dogs! You are absolutely fearless in the water which is both exciting and scary for Mommy :)  You are very independent already and you have a little bit of a temper :) Your very strong willed already. You can say a few words but you mainly just jabber. You jabber A LOT! Whatever it is you are talking about, you are very adamant about it.  You are such a blessing sweet girl, and I thank God everyday for you. Your first year was a blast!     I can't believe you are already a year old.  You are already testing boundaries and don't seem to be afraid of anything.  You are a constant joy.  Watching you as you become more aware of your world always makes me smile.  You are so curious and we have to watch you constantly.  Your smile is contagious and you are always happy except for when I get on to you for throwing your food on the floor.  As I type this it is 11:30 on a Thursday night and you are playing in the floor with Knox and show no sign of slowing down.  You are and will always be one of my greatest blessings.  I love you and I am so excited about the coming years and getting to watch you grow.  Happy Birthday Sunshine!
