What we've been up to

Hello friends and family! I haven't had a chance to blog in a while  and I have a lot to update on. We are officially in our new house!!! We love our new neighborhood and we love the new house. It's beginning to feel like home one unpacked box at a time. We still have a lot of work to do but we are making progress. It's exciting and exhausting all at the same time. It was weird moving out of our house on Wise. A lot of big memories happened there. It was the first house Kris and I lived together in, and it's where we brought baby girl home for the first time. It was a little bittersweet to leave in a way, but we are excited about the new home and we feel very blessed! Here are a few pics I took at our old house and down by the lake before we moved...

Mrs. Ruth sent Scout a baby and a stroller. She loves to push it around! :)

She is very serious about it :)

BABY NEWS!!!

On September 6th Lewis and Kelly welcomed their little angel in to the world! Britain Adele McCulloch. She weighed 9 pounds and 3 ounces (is that right Kelly?)  and she was 22.25 inches long. She is so precious!!! Here are some pictures of when we got to meet her for the first time...

Last week my Mom came to spend the week with us and help with Scout so we could organize our chaos a bit. It was great having her here! I am pretty sure she got her exercise while she was here too! :)  Scout is practically running everywhere and she has so.much.energy! She is tons of fun though and she makes us laugh!  While my Mom was here we we took Scout down to the Stockyards to meet Mandy Blankenship to take Scout's 1 year pictures.(yea..I was a little late on that. She is almost 15 months old) Mandy got some fantastic pictures as always!!! Afterwards Mom, Scout, and I at breakfast at Risky's, watched the cattle drive, and then walked around for a while. I love it there! It is such a neat area of Ft. Worth. Anyway, Scout was fascinated by all the horses and longhorns and there are lots of fun things to see. Also, the weather was great! (Finally!)   Here are a few of Scout's pictures and also of my Mom's trip here...
How precious is this face!

These are some goats that live by our house that we have made friends with :)

That's it for now. I want to also say congrats to Lana and Josh who were married on September 17th. I have lots of pictures and videos from the wedding that I will post later. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend and enjoying the nice weather!!! Goodnight!
